SERVICES – STUCCO
CONVENTIONAL STUCCO is the most economical of all the stucco systems available.
– Tried tested and true.
THIS SYSTEM IS COMPRISED OF:
1 – PAPER & WIRE LATH
2 – LAYER OF BROWN CEMENT OVER THE PAPER & WIRE LATH
3 – LAYER OF WHITE CEMENT COLOURED WITH NATURAL PIGMENT
4 – TEXTURED LAYER OF WHITE CEMENT COLOURED WITH NATURAL PIGMENT
There are, however, limitations to this system and that is though there are a variety of colours to choses from the choice is not as broad band as acrylic finishes.
Also, conventional stucco is prone to cracking as is any cement product, but this is avoided by using proper expansion joints and effective use of wall area.
DOUBLE UP ACRYLIC STUCCO is an alternative to EIFS.
– It offers the same finish but without an insulation value, or expansion and contraction capabilities.
